The Body of Women: Recreating Christian Anthropology,
In this lecture, Sister Mary Aquin calls for "a theology that will inspire all Christians to a fuller understanding of the total human picture." That is, she argues for a new, emerging Christian anthropology that views women as both independent individuals and as members of a community. Such a view moves away from archaic and traditionally held notions of womanhood to create new understandings of woman and women in the church.
